Terms & Conditions
I, the above listed customer, hereby agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions upon confirming my order :
1. All prices listed are valid based on in-store stock only. Prices on non-stock items are subject to change without advance notice.
2. I agree to be bound to the prices listed above in regards to my order, regardless of future price changes.
3. All specifications are subject to change without notice. ATIC Computers is not responsible for typographical errors or inaccurate information.
4. ATIC Computers reserves the right to change any price without prior notice. Only prices on in-stock items, on orders processed within 48 hours will be honoured.
5. ATIC Computers reserves the right to adjust prices on non-stock items, should the price change between when the order is processed and when the item is received.
6. We reserve the right to cancel or modify any orders based on changes in availability or pricing.
7. Any damages caused to or by any equipment, regardless of origin or incident, will not be the responsibility legally or financially of ATIC Computers.
8. The maximum reimbursement value for any damages caused to or by any equipment, upon proof that damages were caused due to negligence or inappropriate action by ATIC Computers, will be limited to no more than the value of the equipment purchased on the specific invoice.
9. All shipped orders are insured for the value of the order, through the shipping carrier. This insurance is non-negotiable, and all claims for lost or damaged shipments must be handled through the shipping carrier.
10.Shipment tracking information will not be released to the end user, unless payment has been made through the Verified by VISA system, unless the shipment is 2 business days overdue, or a delivery attempt has been made.
11.ATIC Computers will not be bound to any other agreements, explicit or implied, unless specifically agreed upon in writing by ATIC Computers' senior management staff.
12.Products listed on our website may or may not be available at the time of processing. Please contact our staff by phone or email to confirm availability.
13.Any orders paid for by credit-card in-store can ONLY be released to the cardholder upon pickup. There are no exceptions to this condition.
14.All warranty support is provided in accordance to the manufacturers' stated warranty policy. Please contact the manufacturer for technical support and/or warranty assistance.
15.All special-order items will have a non-refundable deposit of 15% applied towards them, with a minimum $100.00 deposit applied towards systems, and a minimum of $20.00 per item for individual items.
16.All deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances without explicit approval from ATIC Computers' senior management staff.
17.Backorders, pre-orders, and special orders that are not picked up within 15 days of being in-store will be cancelled, and your deposit will be applied towards the restocking fee for your order.
18.Returns are only accepted on regular-stock, unopened items within 15 days of purchase.
19.All returns must be approved by our Return Merchandise Authorization staff prior to being returned to ATIC Computers. Any returns without prior approval will be returned at the buyer's expense.
