Please print out and fax this form for deposits on system/parts orders.
This form is used as a hold against your card, in case of cancellation of
your order. In most situations, we will not bill your card, and the full
amount is due upon receipt of your computer.
Please note that this does NOT qualify as payment for your
order in any WAY, SHAPE, or FORM. You MUST come into the
store to pay for and pick up your order. The CARDHOLDER must be
present and be able to provide both the CARD and PHOTO ID.
